FinTrackX privacy policy
This privacy page describes general expectations for the FinTrackX product website and early-stage product experience. Data handling may evolve as product capabilities expand.
Scope of this privacy policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FinTrackX may handle information collected through the FinTrackX website, product demonstrations, onboarding discussions, and authorized use of the FinTrackX application environment.
Information we may collect
Depending on how FinTrackX is used, information may include contact details, business details, user identifiers, role-related records, and operational records created in the product, including customer details, loan details, collection entries, expense records, line or route assignments, notes, ledger-related information, and audit-oriented activity records.
How information is collected
Information may be collected directly when users contact TechRex, request demonstrations, participate in onboarding, or use the FinTrackX platform. Operational information may also be created when authorized users perform workflows such as customer onboarding, loan creation, collection recording, expense tracking, permission management, or report generation.
How information may be used
Information may be used to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, support route-aware and role-based workflows, generate reports, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and communicate about onboarding, implementation, or service-related matters.
Operational platform data
Data processed inside FinTrackX is intended to support branch and field execution. This may include customer onboarding, loan disbursement and repayment tracking, collection follow-up, expense visibility, reporting, and access control inside the authenticated product environment.
Roles, permissions, and controlled access
FinTrackX is designed to support tenant-aware and role-aware access boundaries. Data visibility may be limited by organization, branch, line, role, or user-level permission settings. Administrators may configure which users can view, create, edit, export, or approve operational records.
Device access and workflow permissions
The application may request device capabilities relevant to operational workflows, such as network access, notifications, camera access for workflow-related capture, or location-related context where route, schedule, or field verification features require it. Such permissions are intended to support product operation and not unrelated advertising use.
Location and route context
Where location-related workflows are enabled, map or location context may be processed to support route assignment, field verification, branch execution, or customer record context. The actual use of such data depends on the features enabled by the deploying organization and permissions granted on the device and in the application.
Data sharing and disclosure
FinTrackX does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the customer organization operating the deployment, with authorized users acting under that organization, with service providers that help host or support the product, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect rights, investigate misuse, or maintain service security.
Third-party services and infrastructure
FinTrackX may rely on infrastructure, hosting, storage, authentication, logging, analytics, notification, or support-related providers. Those providers may process data on our behalf only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide or maintain the service.
Data retention and security
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain continuity, satisfy audit or reporting needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. FinTrackX uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Rights, updates, and contact
Depending on applicable law and your relationship to the service, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information provided directly through website or commercial channels. Where data is controlled by a customer organization using FinTrackX, requests may need to be coordinated through that organization. Policy content may be updated as the product evolves.
