About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TechRex website at techrex.in and any marketing, informational or support content published on it. "TechRex", "we", "us" and "our" refer to TechRex, a sole proprietorship of Gummadi Ramesh Babu located at Pandalapaka, Andhra Pradesh, India. Each TechRex product (FinTrackX, Invoice Generator, Cricket Companion, Rummy Score Card) has its own product-specific terms that apply in addition to these Terms; where the two conflict for a given product, the product-specific terms control.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the TechRex website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Website purpose
The TechRex website is provided for general information about our company and products, product discovery, support communication and business inquiries. Content is informational; it does not by itself create a commercial agreement, warranty, or commitment to deliver any specific feature, availability level or timeline.
Permitted use
You may access and view the TechRex website for lawful, personal or internal-business purposes. You may not (a) copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit our content for commercial resale; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems; (c) interfere with the site's security, availability or normal operation; (d) upload malware, run automated scraping at a scale that burdens the service, or misuse the contact form for spam or phishing; or (e) use TechRex branding, logos or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
Intellectual property
The TechRex name, logo, website content, product names (FinTrackX, Invoice Generator, Cricket Companion, Rummy Score Card), UI designs, illustrations and code are owned by TechRex or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing on the website grants you any licence to those materials except the limited right to view the website in a standard web browser for the purposes described above.
User-submitted content
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions through the website or by email, you agree that we may use them for any lawful business purpose without obligation to you, and you confirm that your submission does not infringe any third-party right and does not contain confidential information you do not want us to use freely.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party sites (for example, the Google Play listing for one of our apps). We do not control those third parties, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for their availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of any linked service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the TechRex website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechRex and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website will not exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechRex, its owner and its personnel from and against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any right you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence, the courts at Andhra Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website.
