About FinTrackX

FinTrackX is a web-based loan-book, collection and field-operations management application published by TechRex, a sole proprietorship of Gummadi Ramesh Babu based in Pandalapaka, Andhra Pradesh, India. FinTrackX is licensed to a deploying organisation and made available to its authorised users. These terms govern each authorised user's access to and use of FinTrackX; commercial terms between TechRex and the deploying organisation are handled separately.

Eligibility and accounts

You may use FinTrackX only if (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have been issued credentials by an organisation that has an active FinTrackX agreement with TechRex; and (c) your use is within the scope of the role assigned to you in the application. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for logging out of shared devices.

Permitted use

You may use FinTrackX only for the legitimate internal operational purposes of the deploying organisation — creating and managing customer records, disbursements, collections, expenses and reports within your assigned branch, line and role. You must not use FinTrackX to process data of individuals for whom your organisation does not have a lawful basis, to conduct usurious or unlawful lending activity, or in any way that violates applicable financial-services regulation in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited conduct

You must not (a) attempt to bypass authentication, role limits or branch-level restrictions; (b) share your credentials with any other person; (c) copy, extract, scrape or export data from FinTrackX except through features provided for that purpose and only for permitted internal use; (d) upload malware or unlawful content; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or derive the source code of the application, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or (f) use FinTrackX to harass, defraud or unlawfully profile any individual.

Customer data and organisational responsibility

The deploying organisation is responsible for the accuracy of the customer, loan, collection and expense records entered into FinTrackX, for the lawful basis on which those records are collected and processed, for obtaining any consents required from its own customers, and for responding to those customers' data-subject requests. TechRex processes that data on the organisation's behalf and per its instructions.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep FinTrackX available on a commercially reasonable basis but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may release updates, change features and, on reasonable notice, retire or replace features. Planned maintenance will be scheduled where practicable to minimise disruption.

Intellectual property

FinTrackX, its source code, database schema, UI, brand and documentation are the intellectual property of TechRex. Your right to use the application is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted for the term of your organisation's agreement and only to the extent of the role assigned to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FinTrackX where you breach these terms, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service, other users or third parties. The deploying organisation may also suspend or terminate your access at any time in accordance with its own policies. On termination, your right to access the application ends immediately.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinTrackX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechRex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of FinTrackX; and our total aggregate liability to you personally as an authorised user, for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the application, will not exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100). Commercial liability between TechRex and the deploying organisation is governed by the separate agreement between them.

Data Processing Addendum

Where a deploying organisation is subject to statutory data-protection obligations (for example under the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR or comparable regimes) and requires a formal data-processing arrangement, TechRex can enter into a written Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") with that organisation on request. The DPA describes the categories of personal data processed, the purposes and duration of processing, sub-processors, security measures, breach-notification timelines and the parties' respective obligations. Contact support@techrex.in to request a copy. Until a DPA is signed, processing continues under these terms and the FinTrackX privacy page.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Andhra Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For questions, contact support@techrex.in.
