FinTrackX terms of use
These product terms apply to the FinTrackX product pages and general use expectations. Additional commercial or service terms may apply in the future.
Scope of these terms
These Terms apply to your use of the FinTrackX product pages and, where access is granted, your evaluation or authorized use of the FinTrackX platform. They explain the general conditions under which users may review product information, request demonstrations, and use the service inside an authorized organization.
Website purpose and informational content
The website is provided for product discovery, implementation discussions, support inquiries, and commercial communication related to FinTrackX. Product descriptions are intended to be accurate and professional, but deployment details, scope, timelines, custom requirements, and commercial arrangements may vary and are finalized separately.
Authorized access and user responsibility
Use of the FinTrackX platform is limited to authorized users operating under valid authenticated access and organization-specific permissions. Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and using the service only as authorized by their organization and by applicable law.
Permitted use of the service
FinTrackX is intended to support operational workflows such as customer onboarding, loan tracking, collections, expenses, reporting, and access control within authorized environments. It may be used only for legitimate business purposes connected to the permitted operations of the deploying organization.
Acceptable use restrictions
You agree not to misuse the website or service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious code, misuse branding, scrape content in a misleading way, or use FinTrackX for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
Customer data and organizational control
Operational records created inside FinTrackX may be controlled by the customer organization that deploys the service. That organization may define roles, permissions, approval paths, and access expectations. TechRex may process data for service delivery, maintenance, support, and security, but the organization remains responsible for its internal operational use of the platform.
Availability, maintenance, and changes
We may update, improve, maintain, suspend, or modify parts of the product or website from time to time. Access may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, infrastructure issues, security responses, or product changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability
FinTrackX branding, software, interface design, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided on an as-available and as-provided basis. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing records, outputs, and reports generated through their own usage, and TechRex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service to the extent permitted by law.
Policy changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the product, infrastructure, or legal requirements evolve. Continued use after updates may be treated as acceptance of the revised version, subject to applicable law and any separate commercial agreement.
