About the service
Invoice Generator is a free browser-based tool published by TechRex at invoice.gen.in that lets you compose an invoice and download it as a PDF. No account is required. TechRex is a sole proprietorship of Gummadi Ramesh Babu based in Pandalapaka, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Eligibility
You may use Invoice Generator only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are using it for a lawful purpose.
Your responsibility for invoice content
You are solely responsible for what you enter into the tool and for the invoices you generate — including their accuracy, tax treatment (GST, VAT or otherwise), currency, discounting, numbering, legal compliance in your jurisdiction, and delivery to your customer. Invoice Generator is a formatting tool; it does not verify your data and does not decide what an invoice should contain in your country. Always review the generated PDF before you share it.
Not professional advice
Invoice Generator does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Nothing in the tool should be relied on as such. If you need to make a compliance decision, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited use
You must not use Invoice Generator to (a) create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful invoices; (b) impersonate a business you do not represent; (c) evade tax; (d) infringe any third party's rights; (e) attempt to bypass or interfere with the site's security, availability or normal operation; (f) scrape or reproduce the site at a scale that burdens the service; or (g) upload malware or otherwise abuse the tool.
Advertising
The free version of Invoice Generator may be supported by third-party advertising. Ads are provided by advertising networks under their own terms and privacy policies. TechRex does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for the products or services promoted in those ads.
Intellectual property
The TechRex and Invoice Generator names, the invoice.gen.in website design, code, illustrations and documentation are owned by TechRex. The invoices you generate contain your own business content and remain yours to use freely.
Availability
We aim to keep the tool available on a reasonable-effort basis but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Generator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechRex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business, arising out of your use of the tool — including, without limitation, invoicing errors, tax errors, disputes with your customers, or reliance on any generated PDF. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to Invoice Generator will not exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Tax, accounting and legal compliance
Invoice Generator is a formatting and drafting utility. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that the invoices you create comply with all applicable tax, accounting, GST/VAT, e-invoicing, record-keeping and consumer-protection laws in your and your customer's jurisdictions — including the correctness of tax rates, tax identification numbers, HSN/SAC codes, exchange rates, invoice numbering, mandatory disclosures and retention periods. TechRex does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice, and the tool must not be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional. Verify each invoice before issuing it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence.
