Rummy Score Card terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Rummy Score Card Android app. They apply together with the general TechRex company terms.

Last updated · 25 July 2026·Version 1.0

About the app

Rummy Score Card is an Android app published by TechRex, a sole proprietorship of Gummadi Ramesh Babu based in Pandalapaka, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is a score-tracking utility for card game formats such as 101 Pool, 201 Pool and Least Count. It is not a card-game platform, does not deal cards, does not enable multiplayer play, and does not offer real-money or virtual-currency gambling, wagering or matchmaking of any kind.

Eligibility

You may use Rummy Score Card only if you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Google Play in your country, and are permitted by local law to use a score-tracking utility for card games.

Local data and your responsibility

Player names, scores and game history are stored on your device. You are responsible for what you enter — including any player names — and for keeping a backup if that data matters to you. Because we do not receive your game data, we cannot restore it after uninstall, device reset, or clearing app data.

Permitted use

You may use the app for personal, informal, in-person score tracking. You must not use it (a) as, or in conjunction with, any real-money gambling, betting, wagering, prize-pool, or paid-tournament service; (b) to present the app or its output as an officially sanctioned scoring authority; (c) to circumvent the app's built-in limits, ads, or intended behaviour; (d) to reverse-engineer the app except to the extent permitted by law; or (e) in violation of applicable law or Google Play policy.

Advertising and third-party services

The app is supported by third-party advertising and uses technical service providers for distribution, analytics and crash reporting as described in the Privacy Policy. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. TechRex is not responsible for the products or services promoted in ads, or for independent third-party services except to the extent we choose them to operate the app.

Intellectual property

The Rummy Score Card app, its name, logo, UI, code and assets are owned by TechRex. Card game rule sets (for example, 101 Pool, 201 Pool, Least Count) are not owned by TechRex; the app provides a scoring implementation of common variants for personal use.

Availability, updates and termination

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also stop supporting older Android versions where necessary. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rummy Score Card is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechRex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of the app — including any dispute among players about scores. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app will not exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100) or the amount you have paid for the app in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Not a real-money or gambling application

Rummy Score Card is strictly an offline score-tracking utility for casual card games played in person among friends and family. The application does not facilitate, host, promote or enable real-money gaming, betting, wagering, fantasy contests, prize pools or any form of online gambling. It does not process payments, does not connect players remotely, and does not associate any monetary value with the scores recorded in it. Any use of the app in connection with real-money play, betting or gambling is strictly outside the scope of these terms and the intended purpose of the app, is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk, and may be unlawful in the user's jurisdiction.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For questions, contact support@techrex.in.
